Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits questions and enrollment
  • Support open enrollment activities and employee communications
  • Assist with benefits audits, reporting, compliance, and vendor management
  • Maintain benefits records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems
  • Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and employee experience
  • Support system implementations and process enhancements, including exposure to the UKG to ADP transition
  • Assist with benefits analysis, benchmarking, and special projects
Qualifications
  • Benefits administration experience required
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and applicable regulations
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and employee service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ADP, UKG, or similar platforms is a plus
