Serve as a Senior Analyst for People Soft Development supporting Financials/MM/AP/HRMS Systems projects & ongoing maintenance, including upgrades, bundles, and additional functionality projects. Provide assistance with development tasks such as SQL coding, Queries, SQRs, and App Engine development.
Support the People Soft Team during the People Soft Financials Upgrade to 9.2 and People Tools 8.5.3.
Work with the team to provide production support for People Soft Financials/MM/AP/HRMS Systems, including resolving system issues with end users and technical staff. Off-hours support may be required on a rotational basis.
Utilize the change control process, working with end users and the technical team to ensure changes are documented correctly.
The role may also include support for the @Par Inventory system with handheld devices and data table maintenance, as well as support for Kronos Time Keeper. Prior experience with these modules is not required.
Skills and
Certifications:
Technical knowledge should include experience with People Soft Reporting (e.g., PS Query or SQR Query).
Experience with People Soft vendor systems (version 8.9 or higher) is preferred.
The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated initiative and flexibility.
Functional knowledge of HR or Financials/Supply Chain Applications such as Payroll and General Ledger is a plus.
