Snowflake Data Architect

Job Description

• The Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that support the organization's supply chain domain, Corp domain and Finance domain data for Business Intelligence.
• This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake
  , a strong understanding of supply chain, order management processes, and experience with SAP applications.
• The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

• Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect, with a minimum of 12+years in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake
  , with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Data warehouse solutions in Medallion architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain, sales, order processes and data requirements.
• Experience in integrating SAP, Salesforce, QAD, AS400 data into Snowflake data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of data modeling,
  data integration
  , and data governance best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data management, data quality and Data profiling tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Exposure to the ETL, ELT, Data Quality and Governance tools

• Design and implement data architectures on Snowflake to analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain data requirements, order management, Sales, Finance and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Integrate data from SAP applications and other sources into Snowflake, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.
• Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data integration processes to support supply chain analytics and reporting.
• Ensure data architectures align with business objectives and comply with data governance and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering and analytics teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data architecture and supply chain analytics.
• Communicate architectural designs, project status, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
