The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Insurity’s public and private cloud environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. The role involves system and network tuning, automation, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, networking, and scripting, who thrives in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

• Setup and performance tune server and network tier within the Insurity public and private cloud environment.
• Recommend and contribute changes in host and guest system configuration to obtain optimum system performance and high availability of Insurity developed applications.
• Work with senior management to diagnose system & performance problems leveraging application traces and available diagnostic tools.
• Assist senior engineers to monitor, measure, performance tune, and capacity plan for the Insurity private cloud environment.
• Identify and recommend solutions to eliminate single points of failure.
• Manage individual projects as well as participate in private cloud wide initiatives.
• Assist in managing individual projects including private cloud initiatives.
• Support Lead Engineers with customer support and on‑boarding initiatives.
• Assimilate new technologies and applications into existing processes such that it can be supported across the team.
