The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations, including configuration, automation, and data integrity. This role requires advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration, strong expertise in CPQ solutions for complex quoting scenarios, and a foundational understanding of Apex to handle custom logic when needed. The position also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and scalability.

In addition, the candidate will lead various Salesforce‑related projects, support a team of Salesforce administrators during complex projects, and assist other Salesforce admins with challenging requests either by taking ownership or by coaching team members to build their capability for future tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for solving business challenges through technology. They should thrive in a fast‑paced environment, be comfortable working with stakeholders across departments, and possess strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.
