As a Salesforce and Five9 QA Automation Test Engineer
, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through robust automation testing. You will be a valued member of our Quality Assurance team
, collaborating with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Java Script .
• Perform functional, integration, and API testing for Salesforce or Five9 platforms.
• Validate secure messaging, email routing, and related capabilities.
• Utilize test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, RTC
  .
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5–7 years of experience in Automation QA Testing
  .
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Five9 platforms.
• Strong scripting skills in Selenium, Java, and Java Script .
• Experience with API testing and data integration validation
  .
• Solid understanding of Agile principles
  .

• Healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience with secure messaging and email routing solutions.
• Familiarity with advanced automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $104,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
