As a Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Infosys hub locations (Richardson, TX; Raleigh, NC; Indiana, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Hartford, CT) or be willing to relocate in one of these areas. This position may require travel in the U.S.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
- At least 2 years of software testing experience.
- Good soft skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software in the health care domain across modules, preferably in Enrollment or Claims and Health Care systems – FACETS/QNXT/EDIFACT.
- Strong knowledge of UI, API/Microservices and DB tests.
- Experience working with Git Hub repositories.
- Experience implementing CI‑CD based integration of automated test scripts.
- Interface with client stakeholders and deliver quality assurance via automated tests, defect identification, and retest; provide daily test status reporting.
- Responsible for creation and/or enhancement of test automation frameworks.
- Participate in project estimations, provide inputs, and collaborate in automation code reviews and customer presentations.
- Ensure continuous knowledge/lean documentation management of the artifacts being built and adherence to client guidelines and processes.
- Be a key contributor to building efficient programs/systems and help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.
- Knowledge of multiple automation scripting technologies and tools.
- Analytical abilities, strong technical and communication skills.
