Job Description:
Define the holistic enterprise wide architecture to address business strategy, problems, needs, and opportunities.Provide the reusable standards, guidelines, patterns and frameworks for application development projects.Use your knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Apply essential, unifying concepts and principles of IT systems, their components, relationship to each other.Consider the environment, and the principles guiding design, development, and evolution of systems that include applications, platforms, and enterprise system of systems.Assess customer experience of IT services and work with Business and IT stakeholders to understand areas of opportunity.Work with IT domain teams to develop standard architecture, patterns and frameworks.Develop standard architecture, patterns, and frameworks to identify digital opportunities to support the business strategy.Work with domain teams to develop and maintain reference architectures.Responsible for the development and maintenance of conceptual, logical, and physical application architecture.Interact with various business and IT stakeholders throughout the planning, PMO, SDLC and Service Management Processes.Identify complexity reduction opportunities by enabling alignment to standards.Work with the BUs to retire obsolete applications and technologies.Identify applications and technologies which are end of life and identify domain specific areas to be incorporated for future state BU app portfolio.Support the effective integration of frameworks and corresponding processes with other related business and IT processes and patterns from an architectural standpoint.Identify areas requiring creation of governing principles to guide information, technology, and solution decision making for the enterprise.Strive to do a good job while caring about quality at every level.Embrace innovation.Functional

8+ years of hands-on experience with strong knowledge in HCM and Payroll implementations.6+ years of hands-on experience with expert knowledge in Workday and ADP implementations as an Architect.Strong hands-on experience with Workday PECI and PICOF integrations, Time and Attendance Integrations, General Ledger File Integrations and other payroll processing inputs.Ability to create demonstration scenarios to highlight key functional requirements for presentations to business user groups.#J-18808-Ljbffr
