  • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ), including identity federation and role‑based access control (RBAC).
  • Lead device provisioning, lifecycle management, and policy modernization initiatives using Intune, Autopilot, and Group Policy migration approaches.
  • Architect and deploy resilient disaster recovery and business continuity solutions utilizing Azure Site Recovery and other Microsoft‑native technologies.
Automation, Orchestration & Infrastructure as Code
  • Create and maintain Power Shell automation to streamline operational tasks, system configuration, and administrative workflows.
  • Develop and manage ARM and Bicep templates to standardize and automate Azure and on‑premises infrastructure deployments.
  • Apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) practices to VMware and Hyper‑V environments to enable consistent, scalable server provisioning.
  • Utilize Azure Automation, Azure Arc, and System Center to provide unified management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Integrate Azure Stack HCI, Azure Stack Edge, and on‑premises datacenter solutions for seamless cloud connectivity.
  • Design self‑service and automated provisioning processes across Microsoft platforms.
  • Incorporate Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructure orchestration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, governance, and compliance across Azure, Microsoft 365, and security services.
Microsoft 365 & Compliance Platform Management
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive.
  • Utilize Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Sentinel to support data governance, compliance, and security objectives.
  • Support identity protection, endpoint management, and conditional access policies aligned with zero‑trust principles.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analysis for critical infrastructure and cloud service incidents.
  • Document incident findings, corrective actions, and long‑term preventive solutions.
  • Act as a senior escalation resource for complex issues spanning Microsoft platforms, virtualization, and automation layers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and senior technical stakeholders to resolve high‑impact service disruptions.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using Microsoft tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Endpoint Analytics.
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service‑level objectives and performance targets are achieved.
Disaster Recovery & Cloud Transformation
  • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery solutions for on‑premises workloads migrating to Azure.
  • Lead recovery testing and failover exercises to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
  • Work closely with application teams to modernize legacy platforms for cloud readiness and resilience.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Ensure Microsoft environments adhere to organizational governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits and remediation efforts using Microsoft compliance and governance tools.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Microsoft infrastructure and automation technologies.
