Location:

Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX (Onsite). Candidate must be located within commuting distance of these locations or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel within the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Will consider three years of progressive industry experience in lieu of every year of education.
• 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 6 years of hands‑on experience in implementation, development and production support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD / Workforce Ready applications.
• Good experience in Kronos WFC/WFD/WFR with functional expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities modules.
• Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFR with middle layers such as Dell Bhoomi.
• Must have sound knowledge of workforce management disciplines: accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self‑service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

• Practical experience/exposure and knowledge in Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Ready.
• Experience on UKG Workforce Ready configurations and process flows.
• Direct client interaction experience during ticket (incident & service requests) resolution and support.
• Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML imports, Web services and standard import tables.
• Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML imports with analysis and debugging skills.
• Kronos Workforce Ready functional/technical consultant, with production support experience (at least 2 projects) especially from the USA.
