Adaptive Insights Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an experienced lead consultant with strong leadership skills. The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. They will serve as the Adaptive Insights lead and advisor, translating business requirements to solution design, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, and seeking approvals. The role requires working in an on-shore/off-shore model with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery, and driving automation opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 6+ years experience in Adaptive Insights.
• Completed 2 or 3 projects implementation with Adaptive Insights finance planning.
• Techno-functional or functional resource; functional background must be finance domain.
• Problem solving skills for day‑to‑day issues from Adaptive Insights.
• Good communication with client users to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Familiar with Adaptive tool components (attributes, dimensions, etc.).
• Production support – handle incidents and service requests, including integration support with other HR & finance systems.
• Provide enhancements and process improvements on Adaptive Insights.
• Consult clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
• Document business requirements and create technical solutions with attention to detail.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for finance.
• Analyze financial models and reports.
• Respond to client support queries via phone and email.
• Interact with product vendor (Workday) for support queries.
• Suggest alternatives to mitigate functional design issues.
• Establish connections and build end‑to‑end integrations (ETL) that extract, transform and load data into Adaptive Insights.
• Ensure data is formatted correctly, imports successfully, and reconciles to source system.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other members.
• Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integration experience.
• Interest in solving technical problems in network connectivity, windows account security, ETL, SQL programming, database access, web service calls, APIs, and programming logic.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and use‑case development.
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in operating policies.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery model.
• Educate and guide users on effective approaches to utilizing models, tools and data.
• Provide technical guidance on design, model, configuration, troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite.
• Communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams.
