Hybrid Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Description

Hybrid 3 days/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in Charlotte, NC / Hartford, CT

Work with data transformation team to drive Snowflake data engineering post Oracle/Snowflake merge in commercial business portfolio

End-to-end program and deployment support of Snowflake data management, preparing for Agentic/Gen AI chatbot builds

Provide hands‑on ETL tool expertise to junior engineers

Build cloud environment compatible with Gen AI technologies (Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, etc.)

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer working in a Snowflake environment
• Extensive experience with ETL tools and cutovers
• CI/CD pipeline and Dev Ops deployment experience for end-to-end support
• Strong AWS cloud engineering background, with exposure to GCP Exposure to Agentic AI/Gen AI build outs (chatbots, remote agents, etc.)
• Property & Casualty insurance industry alignment (policy center, underwriting, etc.)
• Oracle database exposure
