Oracle HCM Payroll Technical

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong leadership skills. The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. They will translate business requirements into solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders, and seek approvals. They will work in an on‑shore/off‑shore model with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Core HR, recruitment, talent management.
• Work experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration, and driving production deployments.
• Must have completed 2 or 3 implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Candidate should be techno‑functional or functional resource with HCM domain background.

• Working knowledge of fast formulas, visual builder studio, HCM data loader, OTBI.
• Expertise in solution design, proof of concept, troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in production support – app upgrades, incident & service request resolution, problem solving and support to integrations.
• Enhancements/process improvements on Oracle HCM Cloud and consulting clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
• Working with end users to document business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements, providing technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Be part of a dynamic team offering global HR solutions, operational support and opportunity to lead change.
• Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues, suggest alternatives, support existing functionality and integrations with other systems, effectively communicate status to management.
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and problem‑solving skills on day‑to‑day issues with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other members; experience or desire to work in global delivery model.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
