UX Project manager Job Hartford area,Connecticut USA,IT/Tech

Our client, K Anand Corporation, is looking for an experienced UX professional to help decompose features, collaborate on solutions, and manage sprint backlog.

Responsibilities

Decompose features and solution designs (both UX and technical) into stories for execution.
Manage backlog of stories and refine acceptance criteria.
Gather story point estimates from engineers.
Prioritize stories for sprints to ensure commitments are met.
Define requirements for technical components within applications.
Conduct API research and define contracts orchestration.
Complete data mapping and influence data models.
Ensure test automation and SRE best practices are incorporated.

Required Skills

Ability to decompose features and solution designs (UX and technical) into stories.
Strong backlog management and acceptance criterion refinement.
Experience gathering story point estimates from engineers.
Proficiency in prioritizing stories for sprints.
Knowledge of defining requirements for technical components.
Familiarity with API research, data mapping, test automation, and SRE best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Minimum Experience

8‑10 years in UX and technical product development.
