Salesforce Platform Developer II

• This role requires advanced technical skills in Salesforcedevelopment, including
  LWC, AURA, Service Cloud, and Agentforce
  , along with strong domain knowledge and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with
  Service Cloud
  development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in
  Lightning Web Components (LWC)and
  AURA framework
  .
• Experience with
  Agentforce
  and other
  
  Salesforceadd-ons relevant to healthcare/payer domain.
• Strong knowledge of
  Healthcare or Payer business systems
  and workflows.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools for Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with
  Avaya Aura
  and telephony integrations with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for CI/CD in Salesforceenvironments.
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum-based project delivery.
