Senior Consultant – UKG Dimensions

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in UKG Dimensions. The role focuses on designing high‑level and detailed solution artifacts, leading validation for testing, supporting deployment activities, and customizing solutions based on product offerings and customer needs. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into application architecture and design, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support.

• Develop high‑level design artifacts and detailed solution designs.
• Lead validation for all testing types and support implementation/enhancement activities.
• Coordinate deployments and ensure alignment with product offerings.
• Validate requirements and work with stakeholders on product customization requests.
• Engage with key stakeholders, applying Kronos domain knowledge across project stages such as requirements elicitation, architecture definition, and design.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive relevant experience in lieu of education).

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Kronos WFC/WFD implementation, development, and support.
• Functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities modules.
• Experience with interface development using WIM for WFC and WFD, including integration layers such as Dell Bhoomi.
• Knowledge of workforce management disciplines such as Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance Monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, and Activity Tracking for productivity and incentive pay.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

• Practical experience with Workforce Dimensions.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows.
• Direct client interaction during requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and other interactive phases.
• Experience with integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML imports, web services, and standard import tables.
• Data conversion experience using import tables and XML imports, with strong analysis and debugging skills.
• At least two implementation and one upgrade experience as a Kronos functional/technical consultant.
• Functional or automated testing experience in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role involves extensive computer work; communication will be conducted via telephone, e‑mail, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as the job demands. The position requires working at a computer for extended periods.
