Salesforce Platform Developer II

Qualifications

• This role requires advanced technical skills in Salesforce development, including LWC
  , AURA
  , Service Cloud
  , and Agentforce
  , along with strong domain knowledge and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AURA framework
  .
• Experience with Agentforce and other Salesforce addons relevant to healthcare/payer domain.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare or Payer business systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools for Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Avaya Aura and telephony integrations with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum-based project delivery.
