Infosys is seeking an Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Lead Consultant with implementation experience. The role involves working closely with business functional and technical teams to evaluate business models, processes, and operations, develop a deep understanding of business needs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and provide insights on system and technical components for design. The consultant will gather, understand, document, and analyze business requirements, conduct reports and assessments to ensure implemented solutions meet business needs, support pre‑sales activities, and contribute to organizational initiatives within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

  Phoenix, AZ;
  Richardson, TX; or Hartford, CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules – AFC, AAC, and FRC.
• Experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling, and testing of Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
• Ability to review Risk Control (ITGC/SOX) materials and participate in workshops to gather business/functional requirements and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Capability to produce technical specifications guiding system architectural design and control development, conduct quality assurance tasks, and peer‑review junior team members using Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
• Monitoring and reporting on potential risks/opportunities of emerging technologies, formulating recommendations for system and technical components based on business requirements, and supporting process modeling and improvement.
• Contribution to the design and review of test cases, coordination with infrastructure and operations teams to resolve system issues, and handling moderately complex project aspects.
• Providing insights on whether solutions and technologies being implemented satisfy business requirements.
• Contributing to business case development, completing RFP responses, and experimenting with data to address defined business problems.
