The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Redwood in Agile mode. This includes leading discussions on implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and Compensation Management with end-to-end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT and production deployments.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Redwood.
• Hands‑on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and experience implementing projects in Agile mode.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

• 6+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• 6+ years of experience in support projects as a functional resource.
• Experience with Redwood architecture and Visual Builder.
• Work experience implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and Compensation Management.
• End‑to‑end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT and production deployment.
• Experience with security, Auto Complete rules, approval workflow, and working knowledge of HDL, extracts and reports.
• Experience with solution design, POC, and troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, and management).
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
