Imaging & Deployment Technician; Hartford

* Healthcare IT Imaging & Deployment Technician
* Join a high impact healthcare technology rollout supporting the deployment of advanced diagnostic workstations for radiologists. This is a handson role for experienced IT professionals who excel in clinical environments and want their work to directly improve patient care.

* What You'll Do
* * Image, configure, and deploy Windows based radiology workstations

* Install clinical applications, calibrate diagnostic monitors, and set up peripherals

* Conduct onsite readiness checks (network, power, ergonomics) prior to installation

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployment

* Document workstation builds, asset details, and deployment progress

* Collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, and clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow integration

* Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and security standards

* What You Bring
*
* * 5-7 years of congruent experience
* in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or healthcare IT

* Strong knowledge of Windows imaging and deployment tools (SCCM or similar)

* Solid hardware, workstation, and peripheral troubleshooting skills

* Professionalism and confidence in clinical or hospital environments

* Excellent customer service, communication, and enduser support abilities

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
