Location: Hartford, CT – Hybrid (80% Remote / 20% Onsite)
Duration: Nov 2, 2026 – Oct 30, 2027 with possible extension
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM EST | 40 hrs/week
Position Overview
The client is seeking a mid-to-senior level BI / Tableau Administrator to support enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. The role focuses on Tableau Cloud administration, SQL/Azure SQL, Salesforce, data integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Tableau Cloud sites, users, groups, permissions, security, refreshes, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, access, and reporting issues.
- Support Azure SQL, SQL queries, data validation, and reporting databases.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and data loads.
- Support Salesforce user administration, permissions, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
- Support Mule Soft RTF integrations impacting reporting.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production/data issues.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, integration teams, and business users.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance/mentoring.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of BI, application administration, reporting, or related experience.
- Experience with enterprise reporting platforms and SDLC.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Mule Soft RTF/integrations
- Enterprise data pipelines and integrations
