Responsibilities include monitoring health with Splunk/Grafana/App Dynamics, managing Kubernetes/Open Shift deployments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and guiding incident/change processes. Strong ITIL, Docker/Kubernetes, and Azure/GCP familiarity are required.
