This full-time position in Hartford involves troubleshooting system issues, delivering training, creating eLearning modules, and collaborating with module leads and IT staff on testing and implementation. The role requires six years of business analyst experience with ERP systems, with substitutions available for relevant education and state employment.
Keyqualifications:
- Six years of professional experience as a business analyst with ERP, HCM, or financial systems
- Knowledge of People Soft and/or ERP modules
- SQL, validation testing, and troubleshooting software skills
- Experience with business process mapping and requirement gathering
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to develop training materials and make presentations
