The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services is seeking an Application Developer (IT Analyst
3) to support the Department of Developmental Services. This role involves modernizing information systems using .NET, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform technology while working within a Health and Human Services development team. The position includes debugging and resolving system issues, implementing features based on user requirements, and leading projects across state agencies.
- Seven (7) years of experience in information technology operations, programming, systems/software development or IT-related field
- Considerable knowledge of systems analysis, design, development, and computer programming
- Skill in technical problem solving and analysis
- Experience with .NET, SQL and Microsoft Power Platform technology
- Project management and supervisory ability
- Knowledge of database management and IT security practices
