It defends complex, high‑exposure matters involving premises liability, breach of contract, catastrophic injury and death, transportation, liquor liability, subrogation, product liability, fire loss, property damage, insurance coverage analysis and bad‑faith claims.

Hassett | Donnelly is seeking a litigation associate with at least 5 years of experience for its Hartford office. The associate will gain valuable courtroom and deposition experience and handle a varied caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents and product liability matters.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. The associate will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, a sign‑on bonus, a hybrid work schedule, mentorship with trial‑tested attorneys, paid CLE and educational opportunities, and firm‑sponsored networking and social events.
