Litigation Associate Attorney – Insurance industry

Job Description Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 4 years (ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT SHARE CANDIDATES WITH MORE OR LESS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AFTER GRADUATING FROM LAW SCHOOL) of litigation experience to join its Insurance practice. The ideal candidate is a motivated lawyer who seeks both the autonomy of handling a steady volume of insurance litigation matters and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative team while developing business skills early in their career.

Bar admission in Pennsylvania is required.

The firm’s Insurance group represents some of the nation’s largest insurance industry clients and covers a wide spectrum of insurance lines, including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty. The practice also advises on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, such as corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investments, market conduct, public policy, and solvency. Attorneys in this group gain significant client-facing experience, engage with key insurance industry organizations, and participate in business development opportunities from the early stages of their careers.
