We are working with an Am Law 200 firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their Real Estate & Development Practice in Hartford or Stamford.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactional matters including the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, financing transactions, joint ventures, and redevelopment projects. In addition to the ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements, candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Prior law firm experience is required. CT Bar admission required.
Graduation from law school and practice experience required.
