Key qualifications- 10 years of experience in public administration and fiscal administration
- 2 years of supervisory experience over professional staff
- Ability to analyze complex financial records and identify irregularities or fraud
- Knowledge of grant and contract administration principles and practices
- Experience with state systems such as CORECT and CTSource
- Knowledge of public health and social service programs
