Quality Supervisor

We’re partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company seeking a Quality Supervisor to join their team on the second shift (2 PM start). This onsite role in Hartford, CT offers a path into a leadership position to drive food safety and quality across operations.
Salary
: $78K–$90K plus benefits.

• Supervise QA and laboratory staff to ensure safe, compliant production
• Oversee food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, SQF) and documentation
• Partner with operations on audits, testing, and environmental monitoring
• Coach, mentor, and train team members on quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and downtime

• 2+ years in QA, manufacturing, or food safety (food/beverage preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift (~45–50 hrs/week)
