JOB SUMMARY

The Line Lead is responsible for supporting the Team Lead by providing hands‑on leadership and operational support to packing associates. This role ensures that designated lines run efficiently and safely while maintaining cleanliness and organization. The Line Lead is factories to consistently identify problems and suggests performance improvements to the Team Leader.

• Assist Team Lead in managing daily activities on assigned lines
• Ensure line is clean, organized, and operating safely
• Provide guidance and direction to packing associates during shifts
• Monitor line performance and suggest improvements
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Team Lead
• Assist in training and onboarding new substring associates
• Ensure packing procedures are followed for quality and efficiency
• Support shift changeovers and completion of daily tasks

High school diploma or GED equivalent;
Some college coursework or leadership training

Experience in a leadership or team support role in a food production setting

Basic food safety or ddl_ certification preferred

• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
