Marketing Associate – Entry Level

Limitless Acquisitions is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support client marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position
.

No previous marketing experience is required.
Paid training is provided to help new team members develop product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, communication skills, and an understanding of client campaigns.

• Engage directly with customers at partnered retail locations
• Represent client brands, products, and services professionally
• Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
• Maintain accurate knowledge of client products and promotions
• Work with team members toward individual and campaign performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, customer service, brand representation, and professional communication
• Follow client brand guidelines and company standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
• Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and apply coaching
• Interest in developing skills in marketing, customer service, communications, or brand representation

Previous marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

This is an in-person position based in the East Hartford, Connecticut area
. Marketing Associates work primarily at partnered retail locations and may also participate in office-based training, meetings, and team development.
