What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes and products; develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality skills and knowledge of employees across the organization.
  • Ensure timely resolution of quality‑related issues through innovative problem‑solving and effective action planning; support internal and external audits, address findings, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization; monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, root causes of defects, areas of improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Utilize local and enterprise database systems to track and report quality metrics.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the site Quality Management System (QMS) managers to reinforce a robust audit program and management review practice.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Israel.
  • Ability to work a Sunday – Thursday work schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or closely related industrial environment, or a master’s degree and 7 or more years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Leadership/team management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including company and regulatory requirements (AS9100).
  • Proficiency with SAP and enterprise database systems.
  • Experience developing and implementing effective corrective actions.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience with Pratt & Whitney policies and procedures.
  • Experience with the Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) operating system.
  • Engineering degree.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $124,000 – $250,000 USD. The salary range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, employee scholar program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Additional incentive compensation may be offered depending on position level and collective‑bargaining agreement.
