QA Automation Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for a Contract with a client in Hartford, CT
. You will design and execute automated test strategies for Five9 and Salesforce platforms, ensuring robust API and data integration validation.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $56/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies and cases for Five9 (IVR/ACD configurations, call flows, CTI) and Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning components, integrations).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Cypress, Playwright).
• Perform API and data validation testing for REST/Graph
  
  QL APIs, webhooks, and end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Manage test plans, traceability, and defect lifecycle using tools like Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, and RTC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and ensure comprehensive testing in Agile environments.
• Prepare clear test documentation including test plans, cases, traceability matrices, and release sign-off reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in QA testing with strong automation experience.
• Hands‑on experience testing Five9 and Salesforce platforms, including configurations and integrations.
• Strong automation skills using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript, with experience in API testing and data validation.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $56.00 per hour
