Leasing Consultant for Class A Portfolio in Hartford County

Job Location: Hartford County Connecticut (New Britain, West Hartford & Bloomfield)

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective leasing and resident-relations at the assigned properties in compliance with the policies and procedures of Konover Residential Corporation , the Company.

Lease Up Experience is Required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employee’s duties shall be accomplished in consultation with his/her supervisor, and in some cases may require supervisor approval. Duties and responsibilities may be shared with other employees, and may include but are not limited to:

Providing appropriate coverage at the assigned properties

• Adherence to property financial guidelines and budgets
• Providing regular reporting on the leasing/renewal performance at the property
• Operating the assigned properties in accordance with state, federal and local laws
• Operating the assigned properties in a manner that is consistent with Company policy
• Operating the assigned properties in accordance with industry standards and best practices
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and preparing for compliance inspections
• Maintaining the property in a condition that is clean, safe, and professional
• Positioning the property to effectively attract and retain residents
• Maintaining professional communication with co-workers, vendors, and residents
• Administration of resident leases, including rent collection, renewals, and evictions
• Maintaining files and documentation in conformance with Company policy
• Responding to emergencies or incidents at the property
• Any other duties consistent with efficient and effective property operations
• Seeking opportunities for improvement and professional development
