Job Overview:
As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll work independently, showcase organization and time management skills, and establish retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. On occasion, you may work with other products from different companies in the stores you service.

• Hourly pay: $17.00 to $19.00, dependent on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable weekly schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 10–12 hours per week.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a Hallmark mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory both inside and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisors via the device, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Interact professionally with store staff, management, and customers.
• Holiday support:
  During peak seasonal periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), expect additional days, extended hours, and possible work on holidays themselves.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, fixture building, relocation of card departments, and section resets, usually with two‑week advance notice; assignments may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other field merchandisers in the network as needed.

Physically demanding work that requires consistent energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and may climb stairs or ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capable of operating a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
• Reliable access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores on schedule.
