Land Rover Hartford is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our award-winning service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and know how to keep a parts department running smoothly, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do- Assist retail and internal customers with accurate parts lookup and ordering
- Manage parts inventory, special orders, and returns
- Support technicians with timely parts delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, efficient parts counter
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Automotive Parts Experience (luxury Brand Preferred But Not Required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
