• Assist in executing retail marketing campaigns, helping to develop and deliver promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them make the most of our products/services through tailored marketing and sales strategies.
• Present to customers and highlight key benefits and value of clients' offerings.
• Provide direct sales support by assisting in upselling and cross‑selling services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor customer feedback and improve sales strategies to boost retention and loyalty.
• Help manage the customer experience by ensuring smooth communication between the client and internal teams, resolving issues as they arise.
