This full-time, entry-level opportunity is ideal for those eager to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, and team management. Trainees will actively engage with customers in retail settings, mastering essential skills to advance toward a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Interact with customers in retail locations, using engaging displays and promotions to drive sales.

• Identify and leverage customer purchasing behavior to boost sales.

• Receive hands-on training in business operations, including HR management, client relations, and financial oversight.

• Oversee in-store marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Coach and mentor new team members, helping them hit their sales goals and develop professionally.

• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding product launches and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

• Self-motivated with a strong passion for hitting sales targets.

• Immediate availability preferred.

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Strong interest in learning and growing in sales, marketing, and customer service.

• Excellent communication and people skills for building relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients.

• A desire to advance within a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
