Join the Broan-NuTone Retail Sales channel to gain hands-on experience across multiple business disciplines including Sales & Marketing and make a meaningful impact on key processes that influence data analytics and our end customer. In this role you will support key initiatives and projects related to both Sales & Marketing, and process improvement efforts.

• Contribute to projects that drive operational excellence, improved forecasting and order fulfillment.
• Assist with research, analysis, and recommendations related to processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on a variety of business, sales and marketing related projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution while receiving mentorship from dedicated professionals and leaders.
• Support additional team priorities and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.

• Currently pursuing a Business related degree
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
