OverviewWaters is a leader in life sciences tools, starting with liquid chromatography technologies in the 1960s. In Clinical Diagnostics, Waters has leading LC-MS technologies, which are already used for many applications including therapeutic drug monitoring, newborn screening, toxicology, and endocrinology. Our vision is for Waters to lead the continued broad-based adoption of LC-MS in the clinical and forensics space.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate Waters clinical solutions to our customers through sample analyses in our demo lab facilities (mainly Milford, MA).
- Support our sales colleagues with your technical expertise through joint visits or internal meetings.
- Train and support our customers with their Waters LC/MS instruments, either remotely or on-site.
- Work closely with our service organization in support of our customers by analyzing and reviewing system and scientific data to determine the source of problems and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plans if required.
- Build strong rapport and trusted advisor partnerships with our customer base to provide them with suitable advice and support on Waters products and services—always looking for potential opportunities as to how Waters can further advance their laboratory operations.

Qualifications- We ask that you are interested in science, problem-solving, application support, and people!
- You could have a laboratory, analytical, chemistry, or engineering background.
- It’s important that you are flexible and enjoy variety in your role as well as being able to build trusted relationships with our customers.
- You are a true expert in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry and want to utilize these skills to support our customers.
- Understanding of clinical and forensic LC/MSMS applications is an advantage.
- You want to travel roughly 50% of your time, mainly in the New England area, but also sporadically to other states.
- You live close to the Milford headquarters
- You live close to a major airport in the region.
- Speaking Spanish is an advantage.
