Job Description- Partner receives SCA business inside the territory from all 3 channels:
Residential, Commercial & Service. - Territory Service Coverage Radius: 40 miles.
- Payment guaranteed by SCA – no need to chase customers; even if they don’t pay us, we pay you.
- Use Google apps for everything:
Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Maps + automated messaging for all parties involved. - Payment terms:
Residential 15 days, Commercial/Service Net 30 days. - Contract for services – as your schedule/demand changes we still need to be prioritized against your existing customers.
- Contractor referral: 90% split for residential EV charging customers sent to us; 3% revenue cut for commercial customer referrals + install business.
- Complete our cost sheet to determine your minimum viable pricing and match it through our estimating software.
- We may send you regular electrical leads unrelated to EV charging; those are yours to keep.
- Auto-pay from SCA – no need to send invoices; once a project is 100% complete, payment is already in process.
- Revenue share split model – the more we sell the more we all make. Our 60/40 split (Contractor 60%, SCA 40%) is increased to 70% inside the Residential “Jobs Board” portal if the SOW confirmation response time is within 24 hours.

What Your Day Looks LikeOn site, you’ll install and service electric vehicle charging stations (≈70% residential, 25% commercial, 5% service). You’ll have your schedule in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly. Your daily tasks involve installing and servicing charging stations indoors and outdoors, sometimes accessing attics, basements, or other non‑climate‑controlled areas. You’ll travel daily across the Jacksonville area, returning home in the evenings.
What You’ll Need to Succeed- Valid and active Electrical Contractor’s license and driver’s license.
- Own truck/tools and at least 10+ years of residential and commercial electrical experience.
- Comfortable working independently, with access to a helper/apprentice if needed.
- Base knowledge of electrical systems and electric vehicles; training will be provided.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and organization skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Calendar, Drive, and Gmail; device capable of taking/uploading photos.
- Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving attitude.

- Competitive contractor commission package, paid per install/service, typically within a few days of completion.
- Training on the latest EVSE technology.
- Flexibility to work other jobs without conflict.
