• Minimum 2 years of commercial painting experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Smartphone or mobile device
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and climb ladders
• MUST be able to pass a background check

• Report directly to a Kaloutas Project Foreman
• Arrive to jobsites on time, every day
• Experience working on commercial painting projects
• Complete timesheets every Friday
• Check phone and return calls/emails within 24 hours
• Complete all required safety training
• Maintain a great attitude and strong work ethic
