Plumber

Job Description:

The Part-Time Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of plumbing systems and a commitment to providing excellent service.

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide clear communication and professional customer service.

• Valid Connecticut Plumbing License (P-1, P-2, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments.
