We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subaru Certified Master Technician to join our team. As a Subaru Certified Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to Subaru's standards and guidelines. Your expertise in Subaru vehicles will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform complex diagnostic and repair tasks on Subaru vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and resources to accurately identify and resolve issues.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when working on vehicles.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are conducted according to Subaru's specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to share knowledge and provide support.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training programs and certifications.

• Must be a certified Subaru Master Technician with extensive experience in Subaru vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Possess exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Subaru vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and engine components.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Candidates who meet the qualifications and join our team will be eligible for a $20,000 sign‑on bonus. This bonus will be paid in installments over a predetermined period.
