About the Role

Pearson is hiring three Software Engineering Team Managers in United States through one recruitment campaign. The roles share a common leadership profile but support different product areas:
Vue Testing Services (VTS) and Test Delivery (TD) and On Vue
- Exam Deleloper.

The Opportunities
  • VTS Lead teams supporting services around the candidate's assessment journey, including registration, payment and score reporting. Product and service-platform leadership experience may be particularly useful.

  • Experience making people, capacity, priority and delivery decisions in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working across distributed teams, functions or time zones.
  • Practical experience using or introducing AI-assisted engineering tools, with sound judgement about quality and risk.
