ETL Ab Initio lead GCP

Title : ETL Ab Initio lead with GCP experience.

• 5+ years of experience in ETL solution design, data warehousing, software development, and application production support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio, including GDE, EME (Enterprise Metadata Environment), graphs, plans, and enterprise ETL development.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development experience in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages, development tools, databases, and the systems development lifecycle.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Big Query, and Python.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise data warehouse/data mart solutions and large‑scale batch data processing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working with healthcare insurance data and applications.

• Experience migrating Ab Initio or other on‑premises ETL workloads to GCP‑native services.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, performance optimization, and reusable ETL frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git Hub‑based development practices, observability, and production operational support.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer data domains such as membership, claims, pharmacy, provider, and care management.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
