• All cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process orders; inventory; clean equipment and facility daily.

• Training: orientation and job training.

• Communication skills: write instructions, verbal with customers and co‑workers.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.

• Make correct monetary change.

• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.

• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or above in some work areas.

• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.

• Fumes from food odors.

• Exposure to cornmeal dust.

• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.

• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

SENSING

• Talking and hearing on telephone.

• Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks.

• Depth perception.

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position.

• Walking – short distances for short durations.

• Lifting – bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'.

• Carrying – large cans, 3 lb, 7 oz; pizza sauce 30 lb; trays of dough ~12 lb per tray.

• Pushing – stack of trays on dolly approx 24‑30" requiring force up to 7.5 lb to push.

• Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.

• Stooping/Bending – forward bending at the waist necessary at the pizza assembly station.

• Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

• Reaching – above 72" occasionally.

• Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous; frequent forearms and wrists use.

• Machines, Tools, Equipment – use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

• Driving – deliver product by car to customer; deliver flyers.

• Navigation skills – read map, locate addresses; adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

Driving Specific

Job Duties

Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

REQUIRES

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.

• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Essential Skills

• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.

WORK CONDITIONS (Delivery)

• Exposure to adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.

• Far vision and night vision for driving.
