The pay for this position is $44,850-$58,908.91 annually. $500.00 sign‑on bonus

Sometimes it takes only one person to make a difference in a life. As the Case Manager for children’s services, you could be that person. The Case Manager coordinates, plans and implements services to support children and families in accomplishing their treatment goals, including skill building, advocacy, and resource connection.

• Associate’s Degree and two years experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree.
• The ability to establish and maintain supportive relationships with children, youth and families.
• Knowledge of how to provide holistic and therapeutic case management services.
• Experience working in the mental health field.
