The Position

Production Generalist (2nd Shift) is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production and packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures the integrity of ingredients and finished products by performing thorough inspections and adhering to food safety specifications. They maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, accurately documents production data using designated software, and works collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, improve processes, and promptly address operational issues.

The Location

White River Junction, VT; onsite daily. This is for 2nd shift, M

The Pay

$19.00 to $19.77 per hour worked plus a 10% shift differential; pay commensurate with experience.

The Schedule

This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday from 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect and handle ingredients and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety and quality specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production areas, including performing routine cleaning duties to meet GMP standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete production records and documentation, using required software.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, identify operational improvements, and resolve issues as they arise.
Experience and Education
  • On the-job training provided on company-specific processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
