RN - Hospice at Dartmouth Health

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide hospice care in the White River Junction, VT area. This role focuses on pain management, comfort care, and family support for patients with terminal or chronic illness.

$41.00/hr – $57.75/hr

• Develop and periodically review a patient care plan in collaboration with physicians, patients, and family or caregivers.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary communication and case conferences.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of clinical, functional, and emotional status, identifying problems or progress toward goals.
• Document evaluations, patient responses, and progress toward goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family on care techniques and end‑of‑life symptom management.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont or New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Medical/surgical/oncology nursing and/or hospice care experience preferred.
